Kia ora, My name is Jasmine Louie and I welcome you to Christchurch the garden city!

I grew up in Malaysia, studied in London, and returned to work in Malaysia as a solicitor after graduating. My first visit to New Zealand was as a holidaymaker. Memories of my holiday in this beautiful country were unforgettable which led to my decision to emigrate here eventually. In October 2003 my husband and I with our three young children arrived in New Zealand. We started living in Christchurch and after 15 years we call this city our home. When we first arrived our children were fairly young and they are now young adults living in Auckland. Arriving with a young family was challenging but exciting at the same time. In guiding our children through their educational journey I have had the opportunity to explore and gain a good understanding of the educational opportunities in New Zealand covering from preschool right up to university. This experience has been useful when shared with other young families who have come to New Zealand, helping them find a matching school and ultimately excel under the New Zealand educational system. I love to travel and enjoy going for walks on the many walking trails found in Canterbury during my free time. I also love to meet people and consider it a privilege to be able to assist someone arriving at our shores. I am happy to be part of the team at On Arrival and look forward to being of service to our clients.
