Pre-Departure
On Arrival will assign a consultant to each employee – that person will remain their mentor and point of contact throughout their time in New Zealand.
On-Arrival
We will pick up your new employee and their family, from the airport, and ensure that they get settled into their temporary accommodation, and confirm with them our schedule for their orientation tour.
Home Finding Services
On Arrival conducts research for appropriate properties to meet the new employee’s needs and budget.
We then organise a location and property inspection schedule
City & Suburb Orientation
This gives us a further opportunity to let them know about everything the city and its plethora of small businesses have to offer.
Spouse & Family Support
We support partners by introducing them to networking groups, childrens’ playgroups and activities, and associations that fit with their family and lifestyle needs.
On-Going Support
Your On Arrival consultant will stay in touch throughout your employee’s stay in NZ.

Pre-Arrival Visit and Orientation
Would typically include lunch and a tour of the city and prospective areas to live, plus information on housing, schooling, healthcare, spouse employment and leisure activities as required.
Orientation Services
This gives us to focus on the areas of most interest from a lifestyle perspective, from which we further tailor our services on specific communities for the home and school search.
School Search Services
We determine if there are specific needs for their educational expectations, as this will have a significant bearing on where we elect to look for a home for the family, keeping in mind that the appropriate school may have zoning restrictions.
On Arrival Networking
Your On Arrival consultant will stay in touch throughout your employee’s stay in NZ.

Settling in Assistance and Support
As many new employees will be renting accommodation before their containers arrive with their furniture, they may need to rent or purchase specific items for the interim period.

People in New Zealand enjoy the benefits of a comprehensive and heavily government subsidised health system.
Public healthcare is free or low cost if you hold a work visa valid for two years or more, are a citizen, or a resident
