On Arrival have a family of 4, arriving in Wellington on January 1st 2023, from Luxemburg, for a fixed term of 6 months and our Principal Consultant has “Paved the Way” for a completely seamless, and Stress Free transition.

·         She has secured a “Fully Furnished” home with ocean views, though our property management relationships, that they can move into on the day of their arrival, and completed the Tenancy Agreement, Bond Lodgement form, and Automatic Payment Authority, and organised the set-up of utilities.

·         Organised for them to purchase Linen and bedding online and have it delivered to her home.

·         She has provided details of Schools in the Zone, organised Zoom interviews for the client, with the Principal/Registrar, and after they selected their preferred school, she has both children enrolled.

·         She has negotiated a rental car to be available for them for their six month stay.

·         She has organised bank accounts, medical centre registration, and IRD number applications.

·         She will have a hamper (Which she calls her Jet Lag pack) available for them at their accommodation, on arrival.

·         The day after their arrival, she will do a full orientation of their surroundings and stop for lunch somewhere.
